Join Jaime Williams, certified Sex and Relationship Coach, Sunday, March 24th from 5:00-7:00 at The Golden Mandala to talk about the provocative bridge between triggers and turn-ons. Whether you are in a romantic partnership or you are navigating the rich territory of single life, this topic is for you. Understanding our triggers and the things we are looking for in the midst of upset, may give us a deeper understanding of our landscape of desire. It’s not just about the great “make-up” sex, it can be really helpful to discern the sensations, emotions and experiences you are looking for when you are repairing breaks in connection from triggers. Both triggers and turn-ons can be fueled by missing resources and trauma from childhood. Understanding what we are really looking for in both dynamics in relationship, can not only be pleasurable but expand the realm of healing in our lives.
